Stated reward is for new customers who purchase an annual subscription to Disney+. You will earn a lower reward on monthly subscriptions. No rewards given on free trials or when upgrading/changing your subscription.

Reward is only given on first sign-up/purchase. Subsequent renewal or ongoing subscription costs would not be rewarded.
